This is a new clan, so these rules are not going to be perminent and they will be changed often. The Current requirements for the clan come as followed:
<Must have only 1 of these>
Str: 90+

Range: 95+

Mage: 95+

Pray: 52+ * Everyone must have at least 52 pray
* Some Exceptions are if u have 90+ range with 82 mage, or 85+ str with 82 mage.*
Must be without summoning between 100-110 combat. This may be changed later.
Some Rules are, you come on the cc when you come online, if possible get a mic and a program called ventrilio. Vent is basically a better version of teamspeak.
